The Motivation Behind Havenleigh Home Care
For over 20 years, Vaniessa Williams-Fray, RN, BSN, MPH, has devoted her life to healthcare, caring for patients across hospitals, clinics, and community settings. Through these experiences, she discovered her true calling: supporting the geriatric population with compassion, dignity, and respect.
Her passion for helping older adults led her to found Havenleigh Home Care LLC, a company built on the belief that everyone deserves to live safely and comfortably in their own home. Being a Nurse for 2 decades, Vaniessa understands firsthand the challenges families face when caring for loved ones and created Havenleigh Home Care to provide not just professional support, but peace of mind and genuine connection.
Currently pursuing her Doctorate in Healthcare Administration, she continues to combine clinical expertise with leadership and innovation, ensuring that Havenleigh Home Care delivers personalized, compassionate care that honors every client’s independence and individuality.
